Recipes

For now…1 recipes are notes about random concoctions2 we have experimented with. They are mostly for record-keeping and reproduction3 purposes.

We usually omit the mass of ingredients because we have no idea either, so some cook-time eyeballing and guessing is recommended.

H2 Veggies pesto shrimp pasta

  • rigatoni, cooked
  • zucchini, cut into something with cross-section shape similar to spaghettoni quadrati
  • sweet pepper, sliced
  • peas
  • avocado, diced and crushed
  • milk
  • shrimp
  • butter
  • pesto
  • spinach

H2 Meshed potato

  • Leftover garlic dip sauce
  • russet potatoes, lots of them
  • butter, salted and unsalted
  • random herbs, like rosemary and parsley and oregano and whatever green dry leaf-like thing you can find on the shelf (maybe)
  • salt
  • mozerella
  • milk

H2 This works as the lowest layer in some salad
