Parkinson’s Law refers to the tendency for human to adjust their productivity to complete a task utilising the entire time frame that they are given.

Simply put, people procrastinate whenever time allows.

It is suspected that the peak of the productivity curve under a small time window for completing a task is the point where proximity productivity takes place.
